ON THE LINE
Beautiful hand-loomed cotton ikat we had made especially for Nokomis about 2 years before everyone else went 'tribal chic'. I love it every bit as much today as I did then, I just wish more people had been ready for bold, ethnic patterns back in 2008. This is the very last piece of this fabric I have and am torn between making some pieces for Fall or keeping it all to myself for ever + ever. Some fabrics just become friends over time...

I still have my Noko skirt made form this cloth. I bought it about 2 years ago. So well made. Hope you will sell your line in Edmonton again!
ReplyDeleteI'm so glad you still have it Judy!
ReplyDeleteI just had a meeting with an amazing boutique in Edmonton this month and, *hopefully*, will be selling in the city again next Spring. I miss that old place.
Liz if you make something, I want dibs... I was so dejected when there were no sizes to fit me in this when I was working at noko :(
